@manton I always have very mixed feelings when my childhood heroes reappear in a new context. But this version of Luke was exactly right for me. And my Boba Fett fetish was also well fed with the closing credits teaser. But I miss the mythic drama and scope of the originals. Perhaps they save they for the films, but while I enjoyed the last three films, I felt they didn’t quite capture that old magic. Probably because I’m just too old now.

Instead of ‘social distancing’ they should call it ‘physical-distancing.’ There are many ways to engage socially that don’t involve close physical presence. And some are quite creative and beautiful.

@matthewlang I miss buying an app and then just having that app. I don't like it when I am forced an upgrade - even a feature compatible upgrade - if I'm happy with the app, let me use the app. Let me decide if I want to upgrade.

@twelvety that’s how I used things. In addition to being a beautiful app and simple to use compared to Omnifocus, I really like things overall. It is so weird to me that more to do apps don’t have the start date idea. I’m spending more time on Linux and trying to find options that work across platforms. But things is hard to give up. And honestly a start date would go a long way.
