I love the fact that my phone is also my music player, camera, navigation aid and torch. I have a few of those Japanese dictionaries (albeit about five years old now). My phone display and UI blows them out of the water. Where I think they are better is the battery life and the large number of dictionaries they include (which would cost a lot of money to get on an iPhone, if available).
