I’ve just finished building the QMX+ and it’s currently transmitting WSPR across all bands to test the transmitter. I’ve had reports back from 3000km away using just just 2w into a vertical antenna.

You have to replaced HDDs every so often, but I’d be pretty sure you’ll end up having to find a new solution in a few years time and have to copy all your data over to it.

I’ve seen unmanned package delivery vehicles twice now. Once on a busy rural road and once parked outside our apartment complex. So they are happy travelling fairly fast (50km/h?) and navigating through busy city streets.
