Yesterday's visit was only a test. Today, Tiny stayed for almost the whole day, because our friends (her owners) had lots of family over which is always quite stressful for the little dog. Ulya and the kids took her outside for the whole midday and afternoon so she was really tired in the end.

After the recent woodpecker sighting I took the long lens out into the backyard yesterday hoping to get another shot. But I had to pivot to insects after the birds were a no show. Still quite happy with the image I got.

Out and about with the little one. We took the bikes and went on a ride. Stopped at the same playground twice and we had ice cream. Pretty good day! Also very happy how the image above turned out. I always try to find new angles to shoot from. Might try a wider focal length next time.

@pcora If I started fresh today, I’d probably go for a single site. 🤔 Currently I like both of my sites, so I keep them. Might change tomorrow, though. Who knows? That’s the great thing: Do what ever feels right – and change it completely tomorrow if you feel like it!
