I’ve been here on a near daily basis following the lives, interactions and support of the community which has been a welcome comfort in the world we currently find ourselves in. I came close to rejoining on many ocassions when I came across a particular post or discussion that resonated but my introverted nature always got the better of me. However, after reading a few responses in this thread from others, like me, who had seemingly vanished I finally found the impoetus I needed to rejoin. In my opinion there’s nothing fun about going to a gym (although to be fair I wouldn’t know!) but I don’t mind a bit of dance which I think is good for mind and body!

Part of me finds them frustrating but another part of me likes the mystery and in some ways it keeps the story alive in my mind. On quite a few occasions I have found that the journey is more rewarding than the destination itself. You must enjoy being in Scotland - there are some very majestic landscapes there and many views which probably haven’t changed much in hundreds of years. One of my favourite places in the UK is North Wales where the grey and gloomy weather along with the mountains, moors and ruins give it a very moody and mystical atmosphere.
