@manton Way back when I used to run a print magazine, I offered lifetime subscriptions. @mitch I’m fairly sure this doesn’t get resolved short of punitive wealth taxes or guillotines. It’s all been a downward spiral at least since the “greed is good” days of early LBOs.

(And as someone who clawed his way into reasonably upper-middle-class status, I’d be glad to have much of my wealth redistributed provided that it was across the board. Musk, Bezos, et al should be forced to live on the average income in this country, just like everyone else).
