It looks to me like the only way today to know that a painter or sketch artist is selling self-made art is to see if they were active before the big AI art boom. I just saw a short reel of a judge from the USA telling a young defendant that if she sentences him to prison he will be “passed around” because he’s attractive (link). Referring to rape.\nIf that’s true… How can she, or any judge, sentence him to prison? Isn’t it a violation of human rights?
