Glad to get this run in between meeting today. Needed some time to think / zone out for a while.

Even with sleeping in today I was able to find some time to get a long run in this week. It was a really nice day out but I did realize halfway through I needed to get back home quicker than planned as we were threading to an event. Made it just in time and overall legs feel great again.

Getting some more miles in this week even though the legs are still feeling a little heavy. We are heading up North late tonight so I felt like I needed to get this in not knowing what the rest of the week would bring.

Found some time for a short run today. It is wild how the past weekend the weather got up to 90°F and even yesterday was still in the 80°F but today it is only 54°F and might not even get to 65°F.

I wasn’t sure how this recovery run from my race on Saturday was going to go, but overall, my legs loosened up and it felt good being out there. It’s a nice day here today and I tried not to push it and ran an easy pace.

I have been hearing about this brand of shoes for a while now and finally broke down and bought a pair of the Mount to Coast H1. This model I liked the tagline of being \"Road-to-Trail Running\" shoes.

Got a short run in today between some meetings. Very foggy out and though the temps said it was cool there still seemed to be some humidity in the air.

These new things showed up right before I was thinking of going for a run today so I figured what better time to break them in than today. 👟 🤷♂️

Well as hazy as this run felt in my head and legs, I guess I got it done just in time as it seems like it is going to just rain all afternoon. Still must have something lingering as I can tell I am not 100% but I figure a good run every now and then will help kick it... right?

One thing to make you run a little quicker is right before you head out a meeting get scheduled less than 60 min later and you still want to get to the minimum millage you had set out for yourself for the day. 😄
