Had to drop a vehicle off for an oil change today so I figured I would run home from there. Even though it was getting pretty warm out overall I was feeling good and then I got to a point that I figured I needed to just get to a 10k before I stopped.

Got up early today to see the oldest head out to work. Guess a good thing about him working early it helps me get up earlier on the weekend to get a longer run in before the rest of the family wakes up. Felt good out today and got another longest of the year.

After a long day of working this run felt like more work than necessary. Not sure what but I swallowed along the road but had to stop and try to cough it up. After that I was ready to be done but kept with my loose plan.
