Found some time today to get a run in. It rained last night and some this morning so I was hopeful the weather was going to be a little cooler out but still pretty humid.

After golfing 9 holes this morning with my wife and son I decided to pile on the steps this morning by getting a run in. Overall not bad but I am wondering if my new blue shoes are not great for me as my feet seemed to hurt. I will say it is due to the walking 9 holes right before running this but not sure...

This run despite the humidity felt great. I decided to force water on myself for the first half till I hit the area where there were water fountains. Stopped to fill up and drink one bottle of water and continued on my way. Amazing that getting back home I actually feel really good despite the conditions...

After getting the doodle settled this morning as my wife was hanging around before her workday started, I decided to head out for a run. I am sure with everything going on this week is making these runs so far feel much worse than they should but sometimes you just have to keep pushing though.
