This was especially troubling for me as my two sisters had/have both succumbed to dementia. Fortuately for me my doctor recommended I adopt \"The Mind Diet\" based on the book by Maggie Moon. Since I have followed that diet I am happy to report that I was the only person my doctor had ever discharged from care!
