I’m just back from using the Scanning Electron Microscope at the excellent Arnold Arboretum where I was imaging wood samples to look for callose deposition after drought. Here’s a sample, but lots more coming!

@ChrisJWilson No, I mostly use it around work where I have a table to rest it on. For commuting, defintely the logitech cases are the best. Yeah, my smart keyboard is starting to die after approximately a year also.

I think 10-milers are also underrated. The weekly training distance doesn't have to be that much more than for a 10k (~30ish miles a week), and your long run is ~ 1-1.5 hours, so get some solid endurance work.

I just tried and had full screen on the main monitor block dragging an app to the main screen. I think I must have just been 4 finger swiping up on my MBP and rearranging windows that way...

I usually just full screen the app on my main screen and leave the 2nd screen with multiple apps open so I can switch between them quickly by just minimizing and maximizing the ones I need.

Also, given the environmental conditions, the plants were doing photosynthesis, and thus the sap flowing for most of the day. So you would expect some change In the rate through the day.
