Apple seems to be shipping a TON of Developer Transition Kits, even to folks who donā€™t make Mac apps. My deduction is these devices are partly for developers to test their own apps, but partly to get BROAD ā€œbeta testingā€ of the hardware concept and Appleā€™s own software.

I am really enjoying the new format for #wwdc20 and I hope Apple continues it beyond this pandemic era. The videos are very well produced, trimmed of all the fat, and I donā€™t have to wait all day to watch them. Itā€™s been a great experience so far.
