@ctwardy I remember fondly getting to William of Ockham and realizing that “angels dancing on heads of pins” was (related) serious grappling with limits and infinity before modern mathematics. Thanks to Professors Grant and Walbridge and Spade back in 1996.

@ayjay I think it’s that AI is shovels. Not shovel merchants spending so much they employ the poor, but shovel buyers making faster-better-cheaper medicines and food with the new shovels.
