Trying to keep running in a hot July is hard. Started at 5:30 this morning and did 4 miles. It was in the 70s with high humidity and every piece of my clothing was completely saturated with sweat by the end of the run. Drinking extra electrolytes now to get rid of my headache. Phew.

Started the 4th by running the 8k at the annual Fifth Season Races. PRd my 5-mile time at 41:30, was still only good enough for 11th in my age group (M45-49) and 151st overall. This race turns out some fast runners. Winner of my age group ran it in 30 minutes! 😳
