I’m sick enough that I should follow up with an urgent care visit today but not well enough to go and sit in the waiting room to be seen. I would use a telehealth visit as an alternative, but I did that at the start of the week and was told to follow up with urgent care if things got worse.

Speaking of First Things, I’ve actually been thinking about getting a subscription again (it’s been years) but I also have Comment and Plough in the consideration set for my 2026 subscriptions. @antonzuiker thanks for sharing your experience. My wife has some issues with her wrist and so her motivation was to make it easier for herself, but I pointed out that even if she could fill the pot using the pot filler, it would still need to be carried to the sink to be emptied and drained.

I went through the annual performance review shake-up last year when we transitioned to Workday, so I’m hoping I’ve got a few years before the next round.
