I don’t think it has any export functionality and really hasn’t received meaningful updates since ~2018. I used to be very active in the Rapidweaver community and I might be the most active blog plugin user in the world; it’s pretty much abandoned. I can export the site to a local folder, and it gives me a .php file for every blog post. I don’t think an importer is really worth your time because I’m sure I’m in a very, very small group that would need this functionality, if it’s even possible.
\nI have all of my blog posts in Ulysses, so my workflow is to publish them all from there. The redirects would be great, but I’m still moving to m.b even if I can’t do them because this is a huge body of work and I want it on a modern platform that’s going to last.
