I do so much remapping on macOS via Keyboard prefs, and I can't do *any* of that to Slack, Spotify, lots of others. (thankfully, you *can* do this in 1Pass 8 bc they did the work to put their keyboard commands in the menu bar. Slack exposes none of their formatting stuff to macOS, so you're up a creek.)
