@machinefolly.bsky.social That’s about as much as the withings watch does. Withings is one of the only companies I saw advertise it’s ATM rating but when I looked it up many other watches are ATM rated. Hopefully by the time I get my next watch they update the hardware with more sensors!

I was a big fan of Withings (my current smart watch) for its interoperability but they’ve restricted how much data you can get out to “basic biomarkers” so I think for my next smartwatch I’ll get a Garmin or Pebble.

@frank I found one of the most useful parts of Zettelkasten is the physical space of the notecard forces me to process the information to get it to fit where digitally its easiest to copy and paste. I imagine a good system could be collecting information digitally then processing it into permanent notes with note cards in a way that lets you link to the digital source text.
