@Miraz Great article! I think the key is keeping up with regular exercise. My 89 year-old neighbor walks 4 miles a day, or seven flights of stairs if the weather is bad. She has just finished a new book, and is planning to travel to New York City and rent a place for a while to go to a concert series. She is my role model!
