I’ve tried removing the bird app from my phone but usually come back to it. Twitter has been problematic long before Elon bought it, but I excused my continued use (addiction) rationalizing that it is my first newsfeed.

Also immersion + not being timid to start speaking from Day 1 has been key for me. Podcasts like Hoy Hablamos and newspapers like La Voz de Galicia. I also started following a ton of Spanish/Galician social media accounts despite not having a clue on subtext for awhile.

I’ve found getting a gym routine to be pretty difficult. I did have one from last winter in my town’s municipal pool but then corona and the quarantine came and destroyed it. Healthy eating, no sodas, and walking go a long way as well, though.
