So excited, I picked up Whalefall by Daniel Kraus at the library after returning Angel Down, which was awesome. Today, I find out they’re making a movie about Whalefall! And this is after loving Dog Stars which is also being made into a movie! Maybe I should decide which novels become movies!!!

I really liked this article - AI;DR. I’m getting sick and tired of corporate emails written in the same “AI way”. Don’t get me started on Claude Powerpoint presentations. Why is it always 3 boxes? Why the asinine sub headers? Can’t people connect the dots anymore?

Rainy afternoon in Dedham, MA and I’m happy for it. The lawn needed it, and I needed an excuse to stay inside with Angel Down by Daniel Kraus. Loving it. It’s the kind of book that makes me want to close it and go write something myself. Maybe today’s the day. I crushed the todo list! Feels good.
