Need some fitness motivation, so I’m looking into SparkyFitness as a self-hosted alternative to MyFitnessPal. I like that I control my own data, it integrates with Apple Health, has a native iOS app, and tracks all the metrics I care about.

It’s been great to see AFC and CAF nations start this World Cup strongly. The football media tends to obsess over Europe and the Americas, but some of the most interesting performances have come from Asia and Africa. A more competitive, representative World Cup is great for the game. ⚽
