\nRan the Hocking Hills Trail Run 50K yesterday. I took a wrong turn on the second lap and had to improvise with two half loops instead of 1 full loop. Technically I was a short of a true 50K according to Strava (30.71 vs 31.07) but this was my longest run ever by distance and time (6:25).

Some people have trouble sleeping after exercise some don’t. I normally run around 4-4:30pm when able but sometimes as late as 6:30pm. Never as late as 8pm.
