It depends how long they stay remote. A lot of companies arenā€™t prepared to do remote and wonā€™t have a good experience with it in the first couple of weeks. If they have to go a couple of months I think a lot of them will learn to adapt and may stay more flexible in terms remote\n

@jemostrom Yeah. Had to cut a blood cyst type thing out of my toe. It was on an artery, so 3-4 days of bed rest and then another 2 weeks to be able to walk normally again.

Iā€™m wondering if there even might be an easy way to add ā€œDisable Datesā€, where a user can disable a set of months or a whole year from Personalization.
