Last night was fun. A tornado passed through Dover by the racetrack and caused a bunch of damage. That was about a mile away. No damage here and just a ton of rain. The wind wasn’t that bad.

@bwebster I tend not to worry about sanitation while fermenting. Just a decent clean. But then, I go for wild ferments. Only had one bad batch of beer that created a nerve toxin (neon pink)

@lumecolca Enjoy. The x4 pro is nice but different. It doesn’t have a USB C charging port (uses a pogo pin adapter) but it does have a touch screen and backlight.
