@jasonekratz Good going! I almost never drink anything with alcohol anymore either, and if I do, I have regrets.
@jasonekratz Congrats Jason, well done! I feel exactly the same way as I’ve aged that alcohol started to disagree with me, even though I never drank much. Some people over time can develop a reaction to alcohol that can have systemic effects, while others have always had it.
@rcrackley Thanks Robert, it really is analogous to your “eyes being bigger than your stomach”. Almost always, you feel regretful and like shit after the fact.
@alanralph Agreed, with the general unhappiness and feelings of defeat I’m still dealing with, I’m at the point where I need to evaluate what I allow into my life. If it’s not bringing something tangibly positive, that should make me think twice.
