A friend asks:

how do i set phone alarms that call out the time? instead of some dingding, i’d like an “it’s 12:45pm”. would like to avoid a new app–using it may not stick with my unorganised ass (can suck it up if i dont have a choice)

Does anyone know? iOS only.
