@Gaby hey man, that’s good news, right? From what I’ve read, and heard from loved ones with ADHD, getting the diagnosis is huge because it finally gets them set on a path to manage what had been rather frustrating. You got this.

@Gaby When I was diagnosed with GAD, things made more sense to me, snd the meditation helps a lot, so I’m wishing that for you as well.
@Gaby I know it's a cliche, but I guess as they say, one step at a time 🙂 Now you have this diagnosis, the next steps should all fall into place. I'm sure it'll work out!
