It may not feel like it but this last two years really has been incredibly legislatively productive. We didn’t get everything we’ve wanted but hell we did good. Let’s be proud of that.

@sonicrocketman Agreed. I wonder if the problem has largely been our expectations were way off in the first year. Altogether through today, actually feels like a lot.
@manton I think it is certainly a factor. In retrospect we had very high hopes for a 50/50 senate (or really any congress) but this has been a huge victory. So much good stuff. This will hopefully be instructive for some (it was for me).
