@grmr Yes, he was. Well, I think he was surveying his territory and tolerated me coming closer. I was driving, so I just stopped every twenty yards and took a photo until he couldn't stand it.
@fgtech I have a vague memory of some people being arrested with explosives last year around that area. I suspect they were just angry at the gummint, though.
