Finished the cold brew and orange juice batch - this time, it has more cold brew than orange (4:1) and it was not as good as the first one (1:1). Will make another batch for tomorrow - this time with lemonade. :)

@rom not tried the OJ approach but love tried espresso tonic with lime.

1. Pull espresso, let sit.
2. 8oz Glass full of ice.
3. Fill 1/3 with tonic water.
4. Squeeze lime over ice.
5. Pour espresso.
6. Fill to taste with tonic water.

The barista who told me this recipe said the secret is step 4. It’s important to get the fresh lime squeezed on the ice.
