@zorn Add nuts for mouth-feel. Also, fruit helps makes it tasty. Avoid tofu. If you need meat, sliced boiled chicken breast. But then, what do I know?
@Archimage I feel I'm going to have to try some experiments in the coming weeks to help keep my meal calories in check. Right now I'm mostly focused on snacks (which I've been overdoing). Does not help I'm going on vacation next week but will try to balance with some extra walks.
@zorn you don’t have to get rid of snacks. Just change the kind you have. I’m lucky. I just have to watch fats and cholesterol.
