@richText However, having finished the book, I have to say Norway was the least-discussed and least-insulted. It's really a huge discussion about the Danes, followed by some bits about Iceland, Norway, Finland, then a huge long talk about the Swedes. We must've got our wires crossed. Again.

@richText @jemostrom Just scanned through the TOC. The Iceland and Finland parts are the only ones with chapters for other countries - Denmark, Sweden, Russia. I think this is revealing a bit of the inferiority complex I might imagine there is present. Nordic dynamics πŸ˜€
