I almost feel like Apple should have released the new Safari as a separate app in the App Store to allow for more broad access and a longer period of time to accept feedback. After a year or so, they could then consider integrating it into the OS.

@mdrockwell I think Apple should not bundle all their app updates, or tie them to, to major OS releases. If they were in the store, there would be a more natural progression of updates and fixes and features… shame they do it like that… but whatever, I don’t work there so I can’t do anything about it haha 😂

@vincent I agree, it would be nice if updates weren’t so tied to OS updates. That would limit their ability to produce major OS updates, though, which I guess isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It would just hurt overall enthusiasm, at least from me.
