There’s a little family of mushrooms growing on the footpath outside. I’m sure that they’re not fit to eat but they do look remarkably like the ones that we buy from our local grocer.

@macgenie Haha generally, yes, but the funny things is that we felt ever so slightly more on edge in the US when we visited wilderness areas, with warnings of bears, mountain lions and coyotes, for example. We have poisonous animals in Australia but as long as you don’t go near them, you’re fine; American equivalents generally have claws and will run after you, haha.
