This is probably something most of you have already thought about, but I think it is confusing when one links to a Twitter handle here on micro.blog by just using a @something (with a link), and not specifying that it’s external. @manton
@odd I think it's confusing too. We've thought about including the domain name or icon next to external links that aren't obvious like that.
@manton something something something, because crossposting. I'd love for there to be some "smarts" around @ username, provided it worked right when crossposting. For example, {{ < twitter-user user_name > }} or @ com.twitter.username -> fa-twitter @ username-link on M.b and removes that for a proper @ mention on Twitter (insert tumblr, linkedin, or whatever other service).
