@Cheri I wish you luck in your new strategy! 🤩 I hope to borrow a tip or two. I do have that Atomic Habits (audiobook), just have to listen to it. Ha! It’s like having a book called “Stop Procrastinating!” on the shelf, unopened…🙄

@odd @cheri Atomic Habits is awesome. I'm partway through Good Habits, Bad Habits by Wendy Wood. Not so much "self-help" as "science, and my research, says this works." Wood is a Psychology professor at USC.

@Cheri Really enjoyed this article. I’m a manager at work, and just rescheduled all my recurring meetings for afternoons to try and give myself some focus time in the morning when I’m more fresh. I love tweaking schedules and hearing about others doing the same. Thanks for sharing!
