@jeremycherfas Thank you! That’s pointed me in the right direction - looking at the types of cornflower they seem to be the Perennial Cornflower, [Centaurea montana](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centaureamontana)_. Don’t know how they got into my garden but I like them 😀

@TheDimPause Yes, definitely cornflower! Expect many more next year, if you leave the flowers on for a while. You also can collect the seeds and sow them elsewhere. Love them, so do bumblebees! 🐝
