Haruki Murakami is incredible. I finished Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage and, although I have no clue how to rate the book, I can’t wait to start another Murakami book.

@cdevroe I read that several years ago. I remember that I liked it very much, as I have with all the Murakami novels I've read. Have you picked the next one you're going to read?

@jean From the small amount of research I’ve done, it seems his work is controversial mostly for how he leaves his stories open ended? Like I said, I’m unsure how to rate the book. But I did enjoy the writing itself.

I’m eyeing up his latest Killing Commendatore. Suggestions?

@cdevroe The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle is his most popular work but if you enjoyed Colorless, I’d recommend Norwegian Wood or After Dark next.

@cdevroe I read The Wild Sheep Chase and Dance Dance Dance. I think I've also read his short stories in the New Yorker once upon a time. (I wish I had taken better notes of books I've read and whether I liked them. 😅)
