@kenschafer Fascinating read. I worked as a department store clerk at Jordan Marsh in Miami. We came in for our fair share of abuse from a clientele that was dominated by elderly retired New Yorkers. One day, while shopping myself, a lady tried to cut in front of me at the cash register. I called her on it, and even said "old people are always demanding respect, but they never want to give it." A case of incognito clerk rage.
