Carvana has the best customer support. Can’t think of any company that does something at their scale and is as helpful. Maybe Apple? We’ve been juggling cars again and super happy not to deal with traditional dealerships.

@manton I'm considering them for my next purchase. I briefly sold cars too. The traditional experience sucks on both ends.

@manton We haven’t tried Carvana, but we’ve had the same experience with CarMax for both of our cars. We’ll be going back for a third within a year because teenagers grow up and cost money if you keep feeding them.
