Bought a stand for my amp. Should sound better instead of the sound going into the feet. Maybe I’ll tilt it even more. This will also help at the concert next week, to get sound to my ear on the stage.

@jacob I really should get myself one of these as well.

@kimonostereo it took me 20 years to get it. On the last rehearsal on stage someone brought a home-made angled platform for the amp and I understood why it’s helpful. Also at home, I now understand that I lose a lot of clarity in trebles when I stand and the amp is on the floor looking straight. Lately I used to just tilt the amp and lean it against the wall at home.

@jacob haven’t performed on stage since college but I think it would be useful for just noodling at home. I mostly sit and twiddle with effects but when I stand it would be nice to be able to adjust the amp.

@kimonostereo I’m in an almost the same situation. Next week is my first gig with a band since 1998. When I had one other gig. Was mostly playing at home all this time in between 2001 and half a year ago. I’ve joined a cover band this spring, so now my playing is split between personal projects and this band.
