@adiabatic @jack it's also significantly easier if you eat ketogenic when you do eat (low carbs, high fat, moderate protein).

@PhoneBoy @jack what he said. The only time you need discipline is for a week or two when you start skipping a meal that you’re used to. Assuming you’re starting from 3/day and don’t get totally derailed during the holidays or similar, this happens…twice.

@jack thanks. Once you get used to eating once a day (or less), it doesn’t take that much discipline at all.

Before and after photos, about a year apart. The weight loss (90 pounds, about 40 kilograms) is pretty apparent.
