Half way through Long Way Down and I think this is the most interesting one of the three. There’s natural tension between the crew, incredibly interesting places… Happy and frightning stories, amazing wildlife. And I think it shows what we can loose in humanity and our ecosystem.

@hutaffe We are watching it too! Just finished Long Way Round last week and well into Down this week... I wasn't familiar with the first 2 series before watching Long Way Up, so I think later I want to go back and rewatch Long Way Up as well now that I know the people and what they've been through.

@manton exactly my thoughts. I want to watch Up again too actually knowing their history. Now that I see Down I think they could have done Up differently. I'm at episode 8 now and I have tears in my eyes…

@hutaffe I’ve just finished Long Way Up and was deciding if I should try the other two. Good to know that Long Way Down is particularly good.

@mroutley they're all really really good. Long Way Round is a little more adventurous making me want to leave home immediately, while Long Way Down is more „interesting“ I think. I think they're both worthwile.

@hutaffe I watched all 3 and plan on going back for a rewatch. Really enjoyed each one in a different way.

I though the final episode of Long Way Up was rushed and skipped over a lot.

@hawaiiboy yeah... the end was too quick. Too much emphasis on the mechanics in the beginning compared to the urgency with which they ran through Mexico.

@MikeJones that’s true. Also something I always see when traveling. People are just welcoming and nice everywhere. The more remote, the more welcoming and helpful...
