After two coffees, it was inevitable I would go a bit crazy today. Fast forward a few hours and you’ll have found me walking in the pouring rain, smiling like a moose high on caffeine. I was so happy. No umbrella. Just me, the rain and droplets of water kissing my face.

@hollyhoneychurch shoot, I'm up to espresso 4, and it's not quite 8am… It’s going to be a long day!

@matpacker I discovered coffee in my 20s in Australia. I worked above a coffee house. I'd have one every Friday at first. One a week! It was an exciting moment each Friday. I'm not sure what would have happened to me if I'd have had four espressos. You can chug them down duude. How many could you take in a day? And do you feel any effects these days? AND just imagine if you had a few days off drining it and then went back. You'd be off your face!

@hollyhoneychurch 5 is my daily limit, along with no coffee after 2pm. I sleep 8 hours a night, no drama what so ever. That said, I don’t drink alcohol, which totally makes me sleep like garbage, and I pretty much only drink water, along with the coffee. I have days where I’ll only have 1-2, but most days it’s 4-5.

@matpacker so you started early in the day then : ) I know what you mean about alcohol. It can lead to a strange sleep. Luckily I don't really drink either. I love a good sleep : ) Have you ever tried yerba mate?
