@garo I think it’s a wise decision, and maybe a necessity with getting older too. I can’t have too many things requiring my attention any more.
@odd thanks. I wonder how much is my own age, the wisdom of experience, or the new role stimulating growth. Or some ideas I've learned anew in the last year. Whatever it is, I'll take it!
I also keep most notifications off and it’s a beautiful thing. But I still need to overcome a lack of focus and the professional writing rut I’m in.
@scojjac I found that recognizing that there are many kinds of focus, plus identifying and just starting on the smallest piece of work, to really help regrow my ability to focus for longer periods of time.
