@ross you got this! 🙌 I think it is often about considering your skills outside of tech and how those can help to differentiate you from the pack. A lot of folks can write code, but can a lot of people write code aaaand do X or know all about Y?

Gosh I feel so stuck in the middle sometimes. I’m way more technically adept at software development than many, but I’m also way less technically adept than many. Struggling with where to pitch myself in 2019.
