Is there a “best” Micro.blog client? I like that Icro saves my timeline position, but it doesn’t have search functionality and the … under each post is a little off to me. I guess I basically want Tweetbot for Micro.blog :\

@mdrockwell there is Gluon. It’s a pretty awesome app, I use it every single day and it works great on iOS (also has an Android version). It’s also in active development. I think the developer is working on new updates as of today too. He’s quite responsive to feedback.

@mdrockwell I would say Gluon might be what you’re looking for. Looks great, all the features, and it keeps getting updated by a really nice developer.

@mdrockwell @vincent Is slightly biased toward Gluon. That being said, it is a very good app and very much worth trying out!

@vincent I just found it before your reply and it seems like exactly what I’ve been looking for. :)

@mdrockwell great stuff Mike! If you have any questions, let me know (I am the biased developer). I’m not perfect but I certainly try to reply and be active as best as I can. Micro.blog has some limitations, but I try my best to work around them ✌️

@vincent my only bit of criticism so far is that I wish there was a way to limit how wide text gets on the iPad — especially in landscape. It gets a bit unwieldy. But the app is great, keep it up!

@vincent I currently use Icro on my iPad Pro. I tried Gluon, and liked the look of it, but it was too buggy on the iPad. I'll be keen to try it again once it's had some love.

@dejus thanks David! Yeah, I hear you there. It’s something I’m going to address this year. The iPad version was more of an accident 😋
