Initially, our local home improvement store struck me as the anti-library, with products arranged in loose groupings only experts could fathom. Then I got the app! Over-reliance on a catalog for findability is an example of exclusive design.
@cygnoir I order almost everything for curbside pickup now, including this kind of stuff, and I wonder if I'll ever do anything without an app to tell me what aisle to go to once I'm going in stores more often again.
