That being said, wordpress seems to be easier to use if I just use quill to author everything. (Moment of truth. Will markdown work!?)
@eli that's why I use Drafts + Workflow, or Ulysses to post - avoid the WP back end and it's so much nicer
Do you have much luck with workflow? Are you using its default wordpress action, or something else? I find its authentication to be really flaky.
@matthew I have set it up for a few clients, but never used it in depth. I tend to be wary of electron apps...but for no real good reason.
@eli Works fine for me. We changed hosting companies a few months ago and I had a problem because they were blocking/limiting XML-RPC but got round that in .htaccess.
