Dr. John Gladstone, a scientist in Victorian London, stumbles into the world of the vampires when his carriage runs over an unnaturally beautiful young man who later kidnaps Gladstone's child. Aided by two women with dark motives of their own, Gladstone will have to venture deep into the vampires' strange and beautiful domain to find answers to questions that may have life-or-death consequences not only for himself, but the world.
